1. No cookies are set
Browsing this website, searching for a rental, opening a photo tour or sending an enquiry does not set a cookie. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, no social media cookie and no consent cookie — because there is nothing to consent to.
Page views and booking steps are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, which is designed to work without cookies and without a persistent identifier for you.
This is also why you are not shown a cookie banner. A banner that asks permission for cookies that do not exist is noise, not consent.
2. What is kept in your browser
When you save a property with the heart control, the property is recorded in your browser's local storage so the save is still there when you come back. This is not a cookie: it is never sent to our servers, it is not readable by anyone else, and it identifies a property rather than a person.
The site also remembers how you first arrived — for example "google / organic" or the name of a campaign link — in local storage, and how you arrived this visit in session storage. That label is attached to an enquiry you choose to send, so the team knows which channel reached you. It holds no name, address or anything you typed.
Clearing your browser's site data for this website removes all of it. Nothing on the site depends on it.
3. Third parties
Photographs of the properties are served from Guesty, the platform that holds the property data. Your browser requests those images directly, which means the image host can see the request in the ordinary way any web server sees a request for a file. No tracking identifier is attached to those requests by us.
Typefaces are served from this website itself rather than from a font service, so no third party is contacted to render the page.
4. If this changes
If measurement or advertising tools are ever added, this page will be updated first, and consent will be asked for before any such cookie is set.
