Self check-in is available, allowing you to arrive and settle in comfortably at any time after 3:00 PM.

Respect the neighbors: Umalas is a quiet area. Please keep the volume down after 10 PM. Cleanliness and Respect: Please treat the house as if it were your own. In the kitchen: Wash dishes and utensils after use. Linen is changed every 7 days upon request for longer stays. Pets: allowed on request Sustainability: Help us reduce waste by turning off lights and air conditioning when you're not home. - Electricity: For stays shorter than 28 nights, electricity is included. For longer stays, electricity is not included. Contact our team for assistance with charging.
