You will have full use of: • The cozy bedroom • A bright living area with floor-to-ceiling glass doors • A fully equipped kitchen and dining bar • A modern bathroom with quality finishes • A private balcony overlooking the lush tropical gardens You will also have access to the shared swimming pool, surrounded by tropical greenery, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. Access to the property is easy and convenient. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided prior to your arrival, including self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival any time after 3:00 PM.

Respect the neighbors: Umalas is a quiet area. Please keep the volume down after 10 PM. Cleanliness and Respect: Please treat the house as if it were your own. In the kitchen: Wash dishes and utensils after use. Linen is changed every 7 days upon request for longer stays. Pets: allowed on request Sustainability: Help us reduce waste by turning off lights and air conditioning when you're not home. - Electricity: For stays shorter than 28 nights, electricity is included. For longer stays, electricity is not included. Contact our team for assistance with charging.
