RULES
Damage Policy : To ensure the highest standards of comfort, elegance, and care within the property, guests are kindly requested to treat the villa and all its furnishings with the utmost respect. Any damage, loss, or excessive soiling caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or decorative items during the guest’s stay whether intentional or accidental will be fully chargeable to the guest. The cost applied will correspond to the actual replacement or repair value of the damaged item, based on current market prices, including but not limited to: • Furniture and interior décor • Electrical appliances • Linen, towels, and soft furnishings • Glassware, tableware, and kitchen equipment • Structural or architectural elements Management reserves the right to deduct the applicable amount from the security deposit or to request immediate settlement should the cost exceed the deposit amount. A detailed assessment and supporting documentation may be provided upon request to ensure transparency and fairness. By confirming the reservation and occupying the property, guests acknowledge and agree to this Damage Policy as an integral part of the stay conditions. - Security : We kindly advise all guests to place their valuables, including cash, in the safety box provided. The Management shall not be held responsible for any loss resulting from guests’ negligence in leaving valuable items unattended or in unsecured areas. All cases of loss will be processed through legal channels and handled in cooperation with the local police authorities for investigation purposes, in order to ensure the safety and security of all guests during their stay.

Guest Interaction: We’re here to ensure your stay is as smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable as possible, before, during, and after your visit. Our team is happy to help with anything you might need: from restaurant recommendations and scooter rentals to transport arrangements, local tips for exploring Berawa, Canggu, and beyond. Prefer full privacy? No problem at all, we’ll completely respect your space while remaining available by phone or Airbnb messaging should anything come up.

House Rules : Check-in: from 3:00 PM Check-out: by 11:00 AM (Flexible times available upon request and depending on availability) During Your Stay: • Smoking is not allowed inside the villa (you may smoke in the outdoor garden or terrace) • No parties or events • No unregistered guests allowed • Please respect the neighborhood • Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM Cleanliness & Respect: • Please treat the villa as you would your own home • Kindly wash any dishes and utensils after use • For longer stays, bed linens can be refreshed upon request every 7 days Pets: Pets are welcome upon prior request, please let us know in advance. Sustainability: Help us reduce waste and energy use by turning off lights and air conditioning when you’re not at home. Small efforts make a big difference 🌿 Electricity: • For stays under 28 nights, electricity is included • For long-term bookings (28 nights or more), electricity is charged separately Our team will assist you with top-ups as needed. Parking area: We only have a parking space for scooter, we don't have for car. 🌿 Note for Our Guests 🌿 As Bali is a beautiful tropical island, you may occasionally encounter some elements of nature during your stay. There might be mosquitoes, especially in the evenings, but we’ve provided mosquito spray for your comfort. You may also see small geckos or cicak around the villa, they are harmless, part of Bali’s natural environment, and not always visible.
