Guests enjoy full access to the entire villa including the private pool, living & dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, tropical outdoor lounge spaces, garden areas, all bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and high-speed WiFi throughout the property. Our local team is available throughout your stay to assist with airport transfers, scooter & car rental, in-villa massages, private chef experiences, housekeeping services, and local recommendations.

*Please note:

There is currently some construction nearby the property, which may occasionally cause light noise during daytime working hours. However, the villa remains a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, especially during evenings and weekends.

House Rules:

Check-in: from 3:00 PM

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

(Flexible times available upon request and depending on availability)

During Your Stay:

• Smoking is not allowed inside the villa (you may smoke in the outdoor garden or terrace)
• No parties or events
• No unregistered guests allowed
• Please respect the neighborhood
• Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM
• Please note that water gallons and cooking gas are provided upon check-in. Additional refills during the stay can be arranged at an extra cost

Cleanliness & Respect:

• Please treat the villa as you would your own home
• Kindly wash any dishes and utensils after use
• For longer stays, bed linens can be refreshed upon request every 7 days

Pets:

Pets are welcome upon prior request, please let us know in advance.

Sustainability:

Help us reduce waste and energy use by turning off lights and air conditioning when you’re not at home. Small efforts make a big difference

Electricity:

• For stays of up to 27 nights, electricity is included
• For long-term bookings (28 nights or more), electricity is charged separately

Our team will assist you with top-ups as needed

Parking area:

We have spacious private parking per unit

Note for Our Guests

As Bali is a beautiful tropical island, you may occasionally encounter some elements of nature during your stay. There might be mosquitoes, especially in the evenings, but we’ve provided mosquito spray for your comfort. You may also see small geckos or cicak around the villa, they are harmless, part of Bali’s natural environment, and not always visible.

We do our best to keep the villa clean and comfortable, while embracing the tropical charm of island living. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy the authentic Bali experience.
