To ensure the highest standards of comfort, elegance, and care within the property, guests are kindly requested to treat the villa and all its furnishings with the utmost respect.

Any damage, loss, or excessive soiling caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or decorative items during the guest’s stay whether intentional or accidental will be fully chargeable to the guest.

The cost applied will correspond to the actual replacement or repair value of the damaged item, based on current market prices, including but not limited to:

Furniture and interior décor
Electrical appliances
Linen, towels, and soft furnishings
Glassware, tableware, and kitchen equipment
Structural or architectural elements

Management reserves the right to deduct the applicable amount from the security deposit or to request immediate settlement should the cost exceed the deposit amount.

A detailed assessment and supporting documentation may be provided upon request to ensure transparency and fairness.

By confirming the reservation and occupying the property, guests acknowledge and agree to this Damage Policy as an integral part of the stay conditions.

Security:

We kindly advise all guests to place their valuables, including cash, in the safety box provided. The Management shall not be held responsible for any loss resulting from guests’ negligence in leaving valuable items unattended or in unsecured areas.

All cases of loss will be processed through legal channels and handled in cooperation with the local police authorities for investigation purposes, in order to ensure the safety and security of all guests during their stay.

Magnifique logement ! Sûrement le plus joli et fidèle aux photos que j’ai pu faire à Bali. Je m’y suis sentie très bien, l’environnement est sympa, il y a une école à côté mais on entendait rien une fois à la villa. La villa est magnifique, paisible, l’hôte est vraiment adorable et proactif. On est un peu loin de tout mais en scooter c’est facile, il y a une plage accessible à pieds non loin, plusieurs petits restaurants / cafés très très bons.

Nice place. Relatively new. Loved the pool. Walkable to coffee shops and a fun restaurant called Downtown. Also walked to the beach everyday. It was nice to have the cold and hot water dispenser. Only downside is the kitchen is not completely stocked. Missing forks and glasses but we did not use the kitchen much. We had to call for a bottle opener but they were extremely prompt at getting one to us. All in all it is a lovely place and great community. Away from the madness of Canggu. I hope it stays this way.
