To ensure the highest standards of comfort, elegance, and care within the property, guests are kindly requested to treat the villa and all its furnishings with the utmost respect.

Any damage, loss, or excessive soiling caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, fittings, equipment, or decorative items during the guest’s stay whether intentional or accidental will be fully chargeable to the guest.

The cost applied will correspond to the actual replacement or repair value of the damaged item, based on current market prices, including but not limited to:

  • Furniture and interior décor
  • Electrical appliances
  • Linen, towels, and soft furnishings
  • Glassware, tableware, and kitchen equipment
  • Structural or architectural elements

Management reserves the right to deduct the applicable amount from the security deposit or to request immediate settlement should the cost exceed the deposit amount.

A detailed assessment and supporting documentation may be provided upon request to ensure transparency and fairness.

By confirming the reservation and occupying the property, guests acknowledge and agree to this Damage Policy as an integral part of the stay conditions.

Security:

We kindly advise all guests to place their valuables, including cash, in the safety box provided. The Management shall not be held responsible for any loss resulting from guests’ negligence in leaving valuable items unattended or in unsecured areas.

All cases of loss will be processed through legal channels and handled in cooperation with the local police authorities for investigation purposes, in order to ensure the safety and security of all guests during their stay.

Very nice place. New and clean. Management is communicative. The roads into the villa were terrible BUT the day I checked out it seemed there was crews fixing the neighborhood roads. There is some nice café and restaurant nearby walking. In general you will need a scooter to get around as it is far from the beach. The place is fabulous overall though. Great clean space for a stay!

My friend and I had a wonderful time! It was our first trip to Bali and this was the best place to kick off our trip! There were a few small things that needed attention throughout our stay and the Bali Luxury Management team was quick to respond and resolve the issues promptly. The property is a little off the main roads, which made for quiet evenings and peaceful mornings. We hope to come back sometime in the future!

Beautiful place, exactly like the photos. Very nicely furnished and the hosts are very kind, helpful, and responsive. The only thing to keep in mind is the area can be a little noisy with the road near by. All in all a lovely stay!!

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa en esta villa. La propiedad es absolutamente hermosa y exactamente lo que buscábamos: dos habitaciones, dos baños y una piscina encantadora que disfrutamos mucho. La ubicación también fue fantástica, con fácil acceso a la calle principal donde hay muchos restaurantes y lugares de masaje cerca. Lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera realmente especial fue el increíble servicio. Todo el equipo estuvo siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Fueron muy comprensivos cuando tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente y lo manejaron con profesionalismo y amabilidad. La chica de limpieza también fue increíble: dejaba la villa impecable todos los días. También agradecemos mucho su flexibilidad, permitiéndonos hacer el check-out una hora más tarde de lo previsto. Eso hizo nuestra salida mucho más relajada.
